just check spectrum frequency on eg Adobe Audition - they seem like they've been encoded from mp3's which makes no sense at all. compare spectrums of mp3 & flac in this release: http://www.digital-tunes.net/releases/spy_technolgy_vol_5__ep_2_ track "Moon Raid" by Lost Sequence - flac frequency response is full, compared to mp3, and then check this: http://www.digital-tunes.net/releases/brain_bucket___falling_through track "Falling Through" (but applies to both) they're almost the same with artifacts that usually come with mp3 compression beeing easily seen on flac (i've checked wavs and its the same). this is quite an issue cause someone is uploading bad quality files hence we're not getting what we paid for actually.

We get our releases straight from reputable distributors, just as every store does. If we do find any reports of problems with masters, we will either remove the release or request a better version if possible.
often my wishlist is quite large. is it possible to get wishlist categories for better organising?17 votes
What kind of categories would you like? By genre?
1.30 min is pretty short to get the spirit of a new tune. longer snippets or full length tune were great.11 votes

The problem is unlikely to be on our end.
I'd like to see more releases on the screen when I search for a tune or look at new releases. A suggestion would be to hide the individual tunes on a release until the user chooses to expand and display them in a grid instead of top to bottom.4 votes
You can change the number of release per page by choosing e.g 50/page from the paging drop down.
Please let us buy only selected items from the shopping cart. Now if you have tons of stuff there and realize you don't want to put that much money on music right now, but still want one or more of those right away, it's been made pretty difficult to do. Basically you'd have to click everything else to your wishlist and then proceed.
And even that doesn't really work, since single tracks in the shopping cart convert to full albums/releases when you move them to your wishlist.4 votes
Well the shopping cart should only be used for stuff you want to buy, you should instead put everything in your wishlist if you are unsure if you want to commit to a purchase right away, and when you finally decide what to purchase, add the things you want to your shopping cart.
At this time the songs I put into my wish list stay there after I have purchased them creating clutter and confusion. My suggestion is that the songs that are put into the wishlist are cleared away once that song has been purchased4 votes
Its always worked like this.
Compared to services where I can store my credit card number and simply type in the security code when I buy, your system seems like a hassle, especially since Luottokunta's service doesn't allow saving form field information.3 votes
Luottokunta will not let us store any credit card details without a yearly audit, which will be far too costly for us unfortunately!
i currently have ~450 items in my wishlist... it loads verrrry slow and is not nicely maintainable. when i try to delete one item it takes me almost 1 minute, therefore.
- make it possible for users to organize their wishlist hierarchically (e.g. with folders) so that not every item must be rendered at the same time
also, it would be great if you built in the cool new waveform-playback feature into the wishlist, too.

Im afraid the wishlist wasnt designed to hold such large amounts of data :(
When I see the preview for a release, and then click on it, it wil originaly be 1.23 €, then after selecting it, it is now 1.50 €. Was there a change in the prices of tunes? Why?
This must be a caching problem caused by temporary failure of our Geo IP resolution, should be fixed now
Could we have better quality (full?) previews so that we can properly listen to the clip before we buy it? A lot of dance music needs to be perfect quality for certain elements to come through. And there wouldn't be an issue with ripping since the previews are 1.30 min long.
Sorry, our labels wouldnt be happy with this, and it would use up too much bandwidth
Now there's not enough place to display artist en trackinfo. They are almost all cut off.....The playerscreen is so small, could easily be bigger3 votes

Obvious you never got it working, because it keep saying 0 new things since my last login on top of the homepage, but I would really be helped with that. Now I have to remember myself when was my last login date and search for tracks starting from that date. Do you ever visit other online shops? There are plenty good idea's to learn from, thanks3 votes

After I deleted my browserhistory and cookies of google chrome, the entire wishlist is gone. Even after I logged in with my regular account. I don't know if it's because i deleted some cookies.
Also it seems that there are some tunes in my wishlist that I put in a long time ago with another laptop??! Weird..3 votes
If you aren’t logged in, then it stores your wishlist with cookies. If you are logged in, it is stored in the database.
When I click any artist name, or search for an artists releases, this message shows up "There are no releases available for this artist in your territory.", but if I search by label, I can find the songs. It is just a bit inconvenient to have to remember what label every track I want came out on so I can find them. Not really sure why this is but any help would be appreciated.

Usually when I buy some tracks, there is one or two tracks that are in mp3 format only. When I click the mp3 track on the download page I get an error. The only possibilty is to download whole package (all tracks) in mp3 format. But it is useless because I usually download tracks in wav format and want to download only those 1 or 2 mp3 tracks.
It could be fine to have possibility to download only one file from order.
I hope I do not do something wrong when downloading :)

Please email admin at digital-tunes.net, sounds like it could have been a bug. You can download tracks individually on the downloads page.
